Our story began 12 years ago in Bozcaada, at the Miskin Atölye, where our passion for clay and craftsmanship was born. Nine years ago, we found ourselves in Kayaköy, a village steeped in history, where the ancient ruins of a once-thriving settlement inspired not only our path but also the name Qi, symbolizing the energy of life present in all living things. Here, we delved deeper into the cultural essence of pottery, exploring traditional techniques and the timeless artistry of ceramics.

Five years ago, our journey brought us to Yeşilüzümlü, where we expanded our exploration into the local clay of the Lycian region. From alternative firings to archaeological inspirations, every creation is a tribute to the ancient artistry of this land. The adaptation of traditional Lycian techniques into contemporary forms defines the soul of our production.

In June 2021, our studio found its home in Yeşilüzümlü, where we continue to honor the legacy of ancient craftsmanship while shaping ceramics that speak to today’s world.
